My hair loss

"I went to the doctor and asked: 'What can I do?' The doctor took a lot of blood samples. She couldn't tell me why I was losing my hair, but she suggested I look at my health insurance card, and I found that quite harsh. Because you reach an age where you really want to keep your hair."
