Rasmus Malling
After several years with high temples and psychological strain, 29-year-old Rasmus Malling decided to take the step at Pilorum. Seven months after his hair transplant, the hairstyle is back — and the cap and sunglasses are out of the picture.
My hair loss
"It affected me so much psychologically. Previously, I was very locked into the hairstyle I had before in order to cover my temples."
The treatment at Pilorum
Rasmus had a hair transplant with 2225 grafts (6230 hairs). "I came in, and then my new hairline was drawn up, which I was involved in deciding, and I thought that was really nice — that I had a say in how it should look."
The result
"It's been a complete one-eighty. I've become far more self-assured. Before, I always went around with a cap or sunglasses in my hair. The liberation of being able to go out into the wind and weather has made a huge difference."
My recommendation
Rasmus shares his story to break the taboo around hair loss and show that it's okay to take control of your appearance.
